Main Electricity Cabinet
- Location: Outdoor, located at the entrance to the underground car park on the right-hand side.
- Key Holder: Key safe / Property Manager / Utility company.
- Purpose: Main electrical panels, smart digital utility meters, and general circuit breakers.
Main Water Cabinet
- Location: Outdoor, located at the entrance to the underground car park on the left-hand side.
- Key Holder: Key safe / Property Manager / Galasa technicians.
- Purpose: Main blue isolation valve, individual apartment meters (1A-4D), communal area meter ('14 LOCAL'), and pool supply valve.
Telecommunications Room (RITI)
- Location: Back / far end of the underground car park (basement level -1).
- Key Holder: Rudi (App 3B) / Francisca (App 3A/4A) / Telecom installer.
- Purpose: Main fibre distribution splitters (Avanza 1:8), TV amplifiers, and telecom network risers.
